These clients have used this capital to recapitalize their companies, complete acquisitions, finance leveraged buyouts or management buyouts, and pay shareholder dividends. We employ a time-tested process when raising capital which includes:
- Identifying operational improvement initiatives that may increase the amount of financing available or improve its terms
- Presenting an analysis of the various potential capital structures and their projected impact on the operations of the company
- Describing and positioning the company and its opportunities in written marketing materials, including a confidential information memorandum and other presentations
- Locating, contacting and negotiating with appropriate lenders and investors
- Leading due diligence and documentation through the closing
