Viviana has over 12 years of work experience and joined Fort Dearborn over six years ago. As an executive assistant for the firm she performs a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties including assisting in the preparation of the firm’s marketing materials and other presentations and maintaining the firms contact database. She is responsible for receiving and screening external communications and determining the priority of incoming messages. She also coordinates travel schedules for many of Fort Dearborn’s investment bankers.
