Responsibilities at
Fort Dearborn

Tony is a senior member of transaction teams primarily focused on providing superior transaction execution to the firm's clients. He also is responsible for marketing the firm's capabilities.

Tony is a member of FDA's Distribution and Industrial Growth groups.

Advisory Experience

Tony has led or co-led nearly 40 assignments for companies ranging in size from middle-market, privately-held companies to large multinational organizations. Many of these engagements included the sale of companies and corporate divestitures. Additionally, Tony has raised equity and debt financing for many of the firm's clients.

Past Affiliations and Civic Memberships

Prior to joining Fort Dearborn, Tony was corporate controller for a publicly traded transportation company. Mr. Pacelli also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Corporate Financial Auditor at Abbott Laboratories. Tony started his career at Ernst & Young as an auditor where he worked on audits of middle market companies to Fortune 500 corporations.

Industry Expertise

Tony has over 17 years of professional experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, distribution, consumer products and financial services. Most recently he has completed transactions for companies involved in industrial distribution and manufacturing.

Academic Credentials

Tony received his Master of Accountancy and his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois where he doubled majored in Finance and Economics. He earned his MBA in Finance, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
