Kevin is a senior member of transaction teams and is responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships in the Midwest. His responsibilities include executing all aspects of transactions from initiation to completion.

He leads FDA's Packaging and Printing group.

Advisory Experience

Mr. Kelly specializes in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions with a particular focus on the financial and operational aspects of such transactions. He is highly skilled in leading the analysis, planning and execution of transactions for all types of companies from lower middle market niche manufacturers to distributors with nearly two billion dollars in revenue.

Past Affiliations and Civic Memberships

Previously Kevin was a partner at McGladrey & Pullen, a national public accounting and consulting firm focused on serving middle-market companies, where he assisted in the growth and management of their Chicago-area practice. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, cost containment, income tax planning and operational improvement.

Mr. Kelly has over 20 years of professional experience serving the financial, operational and strategic needs and of a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, food processing, financial services, transportation, construction, printing & publishing and healthcare.

Academic Credentials

Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor of Accounting from DePaul University. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society.
