Craig is responsible for originating and leading corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and financial restructurings. His responsibilities include executing all aspects of transactions from initiation to completion.

Advisory Experience

In his 20 year finance career, Craig has completed over 100 corporate transactions, both as a principal and as an advisor. He is worked with middle market businesses and their owners to grow and ultimately exit their investment. Craig's experience includes buy and sell side representation, private capital raising, business valuation, and financing.

Past Affiliations and Civic Memberships

Previously, Craig led the corporate finance group at The Hilco Organization, a leading asset disposition and valuation firm. He was also a director with KPMG's Corporate Finance practice, providing transaction advice to middle market clients. He was also an associate with Kenmare Capital, a New York-based investment firm. Craig is on the board of directors of Glenview Youth Baseball and is active in the Indian Guides program.

Academic Credentials

Craig earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing. He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College, majoring in Finance. Craig is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
