Brice's responsibilities include preparing financial analysis, valuation, industry research, due diligence and client presentation materials.

As a CPA, Brice's accounting know-how enables him to provide clients with input and insight into the accounting ramifications of transactions and further enables him to assist clients in preparing for the rigorous due diligence acquirers typically perform.

Advisory Experience

Brice has worked on nearly 30 middle-market assignments ranging from exclusive sales for private companies and private equity firms to providing buy-side due diligence and auditing.

Past Affiliations

Brice began his professional career at McGladrey & Pullen, where he was promoted to Director. At McGladrey he assisted clients with financial statement audits, complex accounting matters, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, S-1 and S-2 equity offerings, 10-K and 10-Q reviews, internal controls and related compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Industry Expertise

Brice has worked extensively with the firm's Consumer Products and Retail clients and he has also made significant contributions to clients being served by FDA's Special Situations Team.

Academic Credentials

Brice earned a Bachelors of Science in Financial Accounting from Illinois State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the Turnaround Management Association.
