Craig Morse

Mr. Morse has advised middle market companies and their owners on a wide range of corporate transactions. His clients have included private business owners, private equity groups, management teams, and public companies. He has investment banking experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, distribution, technology-enabled services, and real estate. He has worked with companies ranging from entrepreneurial startups to publicly-traded companies and has completed multiple transactions with a principal focus on merger and acquisition advisory assignments, recapitalization transactions, and special situations. Mr. Morse also has significant international experience, having lived and worked in Europe.
Mr. Morse previously led Hilco Corporate Finance, the investment banking practice of the Hilco Organization, a leading asset valuation and disposition firm. Prior to Hilco, Mr. Morse was a director in the corporate finance practice of KPMG, based in Chicago and Boston. He has also held positions with a private equity firm, multinational banking institutions, and various entrepreneurial endeavors.
Mr. Morse earned his B.S. in Finance from Boston College and his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
